Purpose and scope

Shuvo777 provides a self-exclusion mechanism that restricts access to all gambling products on the site for a defined period. This policy governs how self-exclusion is initiated, maintained, extended and lifted, and the effects on accounts, promotions and prizes during the exclusion.

Eligibility and commencement

Self-exclusion is available to all registered customers aged 18 or over. A self-exclusion request is initiated by the customer from the Self-Exclusion page in their account or by contacting Customer Care. By choosing self-exclusion you accept the consequences set out in this policy.

Duration and reactivation for UK residents

For residents of the United Kingdom, self-exclusion lasts a minimum of six (6) months. During this period you may not access the site or create a new account. Reactivation requires direct contact with Customer Support after the exclusion period ends; automatic reactivation does not occur.

Duration and reactivation for non-UK residents

Residents outside the United Kingdom may select the exclusion period at the time of initiation. Upon expiry, your account will automatically reactivate unless you request an extension or otherwise modify the exclusion in line with this policy.

Effects during exclusion

During the exclusion period you will not be able to log in, participate in games, deposit funds, or claim prizes. You will be excluded from all promotions and campaigns. Any entry into a competition or draw prior to the exclusion, as well as any non-cash prize or invitation offered but not redeemed, will be forfeited at the moment the exclusion takes effect.

Cooling-off option

UK residents may request a cooling-off period in addition to self-exclusion. A cooling-off period may be set for 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. The cooling-off period ends automatically and access is restored at its conclusion, unless you have elected to continue with full self-exclusion. To request a cooling-off period, log in and use the Self-Exclusion flow or contact Support.

Extensions and modification of exclusion

Any self-exclusion may be extended for one or more additional periods on request. Extensions are implemented by Customer Care and apply after the current term expires. A self-exclusion extension cannot be undone unilaterally by the customer.

Account closure and prohibitions on new accounts

Shuvo777 may close your account if there is a reasonable belief that gambling will cause financial or personal difficulties. You must not open a new account. If you do, you assume all risk and Shuvo777 bears no liability for consequences arising from such action.

Prohibition on circumvention

You are responsible for any actions intended to circumvent the self-exclusion measures. You agree not to register new accounts, log in to existing accounts, or otherwise bypass the exclusion. Shuvo777 may enforce the exclusion and take appropriate actions, including account restrictions or terminations, and reporting to authorities as required by applicable law.

Data protection, marketing and communications

Shuvo777 will maintain a secure record of your self-exclusion status. During an active exclusion, marketing or promotional communications related to gambling will be blocked. You may be contacted for confirmation of status or for administrative purposes relating to the exclusion.
